Chris leads the important and highly successful Uno Due Go extension of the Uno brand that is establishing a fast casual presence for Uno on college campuses, airports, and urban and suburban dining locations. Chris oversees both company and franchised restaurant operations and leads the evolution and development of this important growth vehicle for the Uno brand.
Chris brings a wealth of restaurant operations experience, having worked the last thirteen years with McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants and Landry’s, where he previously held the title of Divisional Vice President of Operations at Landry’s. He has been a Proprietor/Operator of his own restaurants in North Carolina and Executive Chef and Manager at a number of restaurants in New York City. Chris holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America.
