NEW DINING OPTIONS
AT UNO CHICAGO GRILL TARGET BUSY LIFESTYLES
Legendary Restaurant Chain is Redefining Convenient Cuisine
BOSTON (November 16, 2004)
- Convenient cuisine no longer has to be hard to swallow.
Uno Chicago Grill of is now offering busy consumers three
delicious, easy alternatives to traditional fast food: Curbside
Delivery, Quicklunches and Online Ordering.
"We recognize that eating on the run is part of America's
busy lifestyle," said Dan Wheeler, vice president of
marketing for Uno Chicago Grill. "We're addressing
the time management and nutritional needs of residents by
offering Uno's great meals in quick, convenient ways."
For over 60 years, Uno Chicago Grill has been known for
its legendary pizza, friendly service and comfortable dining.
"While we always enjoy seeing our neighbors relaxing
in the restaurant," Wheeler said, "we understand
that sometimes it's preferable to eat at home or in the
office. We're happy to accommodate our customers, and know
they'll enjoy our food, no matter where they dine."
Uno's complete menu, including ribs, seafood, juicy burgers
and steaks, innovative pasta dishes, appetizers and desserts,
and even low-carbohydrate entrees, is always available for
takeout. "We've enhanced our menu, and now we're enhancing
our commitment to the community by offering more convenient
dining options," Wheeler said.
Curbside Delivery
Curbside Delivery takes the drive-through lane to the next
level. Simply call the Uno Chicago Grill, place your order,
and state the brand of car you're driving. A designated
parking space is assigned, and your food, perfectly packed
to go, is brought out to you upon arrival.
"This is an ideal option for working parents, families
with young children, and anyone who just wants to have a
delicious meal ready at a moment's notice," said Wheeler.
"Commuters get a fresh meal without leaving the comfort
of the car or waiting in tedious lines."
Quicklunches
When lunch hour is really a rush hour, Uno offers Quicklunches,
to satisfy the appetite as well as the time crunch.
Diners choose from a selection of menu items, guaranteed
to be ready to go within 10 minutes. All items are cooked
to order. Quicklunches are available Monday through Friday,
11 am to 3 pm.
"We don't think anyone should ever skip a meal, no
matter how rushed," Wheeler said. "Missing a meal
impairs your ability to concentrate and results in decreased
productivity. Uno is making sure busy workers are well fed
and recharged."
