NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN MONTGOMERYVILLE

Opening Marks the Eleventh Uno Restaurant in Pennsylvania

Boston, Mass., (November 14, 2003) – Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., known for Chicago’s Original Deep Dish Pizza™, announces the opening of its eleventh Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in Pennsylvania. The new Uno Chicago Grill is located at 1100 Bethlehem Pike at the intersection of Route 63 and Route 309, next to the new Residence Inn. The store will officially open for business on Monday, November 17th. The hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 7,000 square feet and will open with 175 employees. The restaurant seats 220 guests including a private banquet room that can seat up to 50.

The restaurant will be run by General Manager Bob McClintock, who has been with Uno for six years. “We’re very excited to offer a variety of shrimp, steak and pasta dishes in addition to our famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza. The Montgomeryville community is in for a real treat,” said Bob McClintock.
