NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN FORT WAYNE

Opening Marks the Fifth Uno Restaurant in Indiana

Boston , Mass. , (November 7, 2003) – Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., known for Chicago's Original Deep Dish Pizza™, announces the opening of its fifth Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in Indiana. The new Uno Chicago Grill is located at 10460 Maysville Road , near the intersection of US Highway 37 and Interstate 469. The restaurant officially opened for business on Wednesday, November 5. The hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. , Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight and Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 6,700 square feet and opened with 110 employees. The restaurant seats 240 guests and has a private banquet room that accommodates up to 60 guests. The restaurant is owned and operated by Tim Price, Chris Conroy, Kevin Hart, Tim Gouloff and Todd Jordan all of Broadway Investment Group.
