NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN WEST FARGO

Opening Marks the First Uno Restaurant in North Dakota

Boston, Mass., (November 5, 2003) – Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., known for Chicago’s Original Deep Dish Pizza™, announces the opening of its first Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in North Dakota. The new Uno Chicago Grill is located at 1660 13th Avenue East, directly in front of the Loews Garden Center. The store will officially open for business on Wednesday, November 5. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to midnight.

“We are proud to be part of the Fargo community and are excited to open the first Uno Chicago Grill in North Dakota,” said Uno President and Chief Operating Officer Paul MacPhail. “We continue to add innovative, high-quality items to our grill menu, and are looking forward to offering our famous deep dish pizza to our Fargo customers.”

The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 6,000 square feet and will open with 150 employees. The restaurant seats 240 guests and will be smoke-free, including the 80 seat lounge. In addition, the new Uno will have a private banquet room that can accommodate up to 40 guests. The restaurant will be run by General Manager John Mustachia and is owned and operated by Jim Loomis.
