NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN RALEIGH

Opening Marks Fourth Uno Restaurant in North Carolina

Boston , Mass. , (October 24, 2003) – Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., known for Chicago's Original Deep Dish Pizza™, announces the opening of its first Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in Raleigh. Located at 8401 Brier Creek Parkway in the Brier Creek Commons shopping center, the store will officially open for business on Monday, October 27. The hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

The newly built restaurant is 6,500 square feet and will open with 125 employees. It seats 200 guests and will serve the full Uno Chicago Grill menu. General Manager, Peter Winquist will oversee the location. “We are very excited to bring the tastes of Chicago to the residents of Raleigh . More importantly, we can't wait to see the reaction of our guests when they first sample our famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Uno Chicago Grill does have the best food around and the Raleigh community is in for a real treat,” said Peter Winquist.
