Lou brings a wealth of knowledge to Uno from past executive roles in finance, development, strategic planning and acquisitions for Restaurant Associates and operations and entrepreneurial experience as owner of the Three Village Inn, a three-star fine dining inn and restaurant. Lou holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a BS in Business Administration both from Long Island University. Lou and his wife Joan have two grown sons, Jay and Nick.
