Prior to joining the Uno team, Jack was a leader in various operational and executive level positions with Ground Round restaurants for more than two decades, including serving as Director of Franchising before leaving this post to become a franchisee himself and President & CEO of Maine Course Hospitality Group, operating multiple hotel and restaurant brands throughout New England for over 16 years. In 2003, Jack returned to corporate leadership of Ground Round restaurants to head up a successful franchisee buyout of the chain and serve as its President & CEO for the most recent three years before joining Uno Chicago Grill. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association since 2003, and serves on their Executive Committee, as well.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salem State College in Salem, Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Business Management from Leslie University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He resides in Stow, Massachusetts with his wife Kathy of 25 years and two sons, who both are attending college in the Boston area.
