Roger began his career with Uno in restaurant operations in 1992 and has been responsible for the companies Human Resource activities since 2001. Prior to joining Uno he held operations positions with Ruby Tuesday’s and several independent restaurants. Roger holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Hospitality Administration from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and a B.B.A. degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from James Madison University. He, his wife Lamperni and two children John and Emily reside in Framingham, MA.
